Why are prices a range?
Every project is different: the number of pages, the features or the length of the video all matter. After your request you will receive an exact price.
How long does a project take?
A logo or a short video takes a few days; a multi-page website or a complex project takes longer. The exact timing is in the quote.
How do payments work?
Payment is agreed in the ticket before we start: usually a deposit upfront and the balance on delivery.
Are revisions included?
Yes. Reasonable revisions are included: we keep you updated during the work and refine every detail together before delivery.
Do custom plugins include the source code?
No: you receive the .jar file ready to install, for exclusive use on your server. The source code remains the property of the studio.
How do licenses for ready-made products work?
Each license is personal and valid for the number of servers you choose. You receive it privately from our bot and always find it in your customer area, together with the download.
Can I get a refund?
For ready-made products yes, if the product does not work as described and we cannot fix the issue within 14 days. For custom work, if you cancel before work starts, the deposit is refunded in full. Details are in the Terms of service.
Do you take work that is not on the list?
Certainly. If it concerns websites, code, automation, graphics or video, write to us and we will prepare a dedicated quote.
