Who processes the data
Vortex Studios processes the data needed to provide its services and licenses. For any request you can contact us via our Discord server.
What data we collect
Your Discord ID, name and avatar when you sign in; the licenses you purchased and the servers they are active on (server identifier and IP address of the check); ticket messages, saved in the transcript when the ticket is closed; the reviews you choose to publish.
Why we use them
To deliver and verify licenses, provide support, handle orders and prevent abuse. We do not sell or share data with third parties for commercial purposes.
Visit statistics
We count visited pages to understand what visitors are interested in, without cookies and without storing IP addresses or other personal data: for each day only totals are kept (page views, country, device type, referring site).
Cookies
We only use technical cookies: your sign-in session, and your chosen language and theme. No profiling or third-party advertising cookies.
Retention and rights
License data is kept while the license is active; transcripts for up to 24 months. You can request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time via our Discord server.
