Custom services
The final price, timing and payment terms are agreed in the ticket before work starts. Unless otherwise agreed, a deposit is required upfront and the balance on delivery.
Product licenses
Each license is personal, non-transferable and valid for the number of servers purchased. Reselling, sharing or decompiling our products is prohibited. In case of abuse the license may be revoked.
Source code
Plugins and bots are delivered without source code, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Updates and support
Purchased products receive the updates we publish. Support is provided through tickets on our Discord server.
Refunds for ready-made products
Plugins and bots are digital content delivered immediately: by paying, the customer requests immediate delivery of the license and, once it has been received, loses the 14-day right of withdrawal. A refund is still guaranteed if the product does not work as described on its page and we cannot fix the issue within 14 days of it being reported: in that case we refund the full amount and the license is revoked. Issues caused by servers, versions or other plugins not listed as compatible are not refundable.
Refunds for custom work
If you cancel the order before work has started, the deposit is refunded in full. Once work has started, the deposit covers the part already done and only the share of work not yet carried out is refunded. The revisions agreed in the quote are included.
How to request a refund
Open a ticket on our Discord server stating the product or service and the reason for the request. We reply within 48 hours; if the refund is due, it is made with the same payment method you used.
